so generic atticus... :p j/k!

yeah i'm joking. Because i would have to say Obi-Wan, he was a Jedi of the old code! a true blue!

Not saying he's my FAVORITE....there are so many...but he is one i would recognize with respect. :)

Obi-Wan without a doubt. He upholds all the virtues and truths that I have always believed, and is graced with a humble wisdom that few are given. My idol, and the reason I initially grew my goatee!

Second in line would have to be Exar'Kun. His story is a tragic one, and aside from the fact that he started the Brotherhood of the Sith, he was actually a very noble and intelligent person.

I find it funny that everyone but me seems to know about the New Jedi Order. I have a partial understanding of the events that take place after ROTJ (Luke & Mara, Han & Leia and their kids), but I've never read a single book or comic from that era. The closest I've come is when I played Jedi Knight 2 and Jedi Academy. I suppose I'm just more fascinated by the Republic days.

What do you guys suggest as extra-credit post-ROTJ reading?

MASTER Luke Skywalker, that is when he kicks ass. oh, and Aayla Secura, cuz she kicks ass, and is like the only hot jedi, haha. Sith-wise, Vader's a hands down, but i actually like maul more, he was sooo underrated. the guy was the ****, end of discussion, lol

The best place to start is with The Thrawn Trilogy (TTT) by Timothy Zahn:

    Heir to the Empire (HttE)
    Dark Force Rising (DFR)
    The Last Command (TLC)

I actually started with SW: Expanded Universe when I picked up a worn copy of The Last Command at my local library. I haven't read any of the NJO, yet. TTT is the best though and Timothy Zahn is my fav SW author. He started it all for me, well besides the movies. Oh and reportedly, Timothy Zahn lives somewhere on the Oregon Coast! Happy readings!

Ack. Kyle distracted me. I forgot to list my fav Jedi.

    Luke Skywalker
    Obi-wan Kenobi
    Qui-Gon Jinn
    Mace Windu
Mara Jade (sometimes, depends on the author)
Corran Horn (sometimes, depends on the author)

I guess I like the Jedi powers, but I really like the normal people who are just trying to make their living without access to the Force.
