Favorite Non SW/Indy film from Harrison Ford?

Thought this would be an interesting thread to start.

For me it would be a toss-up between Blade Runner and The Fugitive. If forced to make a choice I'd probably go with BR since it's a thought provoking film that improves with repeated viewings.


1.) Blade Runner
2.) The Fugitive
3.) Clear and Present Danger- My fave Jack Ryan film
4.) Air Force One- last *good* film he made, IMO.
5.) Witness/ Mosquito Coast- Great performances by Harrison

Runner up: Regarding Henry is a good film with a nice performance by Harrison. Patriot Games is an excellent thriller.

 

Air force one. Hollywood Homicide. I mean for a geaser, he was good in it.

 

Patriot Games and What Lies Beneath. He was awesome in both. Quite good in Clear and Present Danger as well. I really like him as Jack Ryan.

...and a little comedy called The Frisco Kid from 1979 with Gene Wilder. Funny stuff.

I forgot about "The Frisco Kid". I liked that one. But for me "Air Force One"

 

i appreciate his in between 'star wars' and 'empire' roles like 'heroes', 'frisco kid', 'hanover street', and 'force 10 from navarone', as he desperately tried to make a name for himself apart from 'star wars'. i also thought he was excellent in 'hollywood homicide'

 

I never saw What Lies Beneath, but Jack Ryan is definetly one of the better parts that he's played.

Blade Runner! Loved his portrayal of Deckard.

The Frisco Kid comes out on dvd early next year. We should all check that one out.

It's the only film of Harrison's (the ones hes starred in) that I haven't seen.
