Too many place to choose from!!! Mount Bonnell is always nice, Central Market is fun, and too many bars and toy stores to pick a favorite.
I'm not too much of a 6th Street fan. I like to drive down Congress around this time. I think its cool how they decorate it. I spend most of my time on campus or at Barton Creek mall. There's a lot to do here, I guess, I just never do it
I think I would have to say that when the weather is cooler, I prefer to frequent my coffee shop haunts, like mojo's and spiderhouse. 6th is great as well, but it can become really cost consuming very quickly.
4th Street is way cool. Central Market, Ruby's BBQ, Toy Joy. I could go on and on and I'm supremely opinionated about doing local Austin things, so I'll spare my usual rant. If you want suggestions of places to eat, drink, shop, I'd be glad to load you down with my personal favorites. -Anne "Neumera"
Hey, I've been here a while, and I don't know any cool places in Austin. I just wander around the drag sometimes, and the capitol is kinda pretty. What else is cool here?
