Favorite PT background character

I forgot Nemodian Captain in ROTS his voice leave me in stitches

 

agen kolar, though i wish he had done a tiny bit of fighting instead of being stabbed by sidious straight away. does anyone know why he threw his head back when he got stabbed? surely it would go forward?

I very muched enjoyed seeing Boss Nass in ROTS.

 

Aayla uhm I mean...

 

i hated boss nass in TPM but i really liked seeing him in ROTS same with Sio Bibble. and even Jar Jar.

 

Wat Tambor and poggle the lesser are two great characters, sabulba is also awesome.

 

How "background" are we talking?

If we're not talking minor characters but simply "background" characters, as in extras or cameos, then:

(1) TPM - Poof Daddy

(2) AOTC - Dar Wac (hologram appearance)

(3) Battle Droid on the Invisible Hand that takes Obi-Wan and Anakin's sabers, says "excuse me", and "you're welcome". Hilarious!

 

I'm beginning to warm up to R4. That plucky little tin can was all right.

I have to consider Watto one of my favorite minor characters in any movie, he's such a mean little weasel. I wouldn't be surprised if Lucas inserts him into ANH somewhere in the future (maybe showing him haggle with a Jawa in the background).

And of course Panaka.

 

Man, this is one subject where my answer can change from day to day. I just LOVE the background characters.

But today, it's probably the robot waitress from AOTC. "You wanna cup'o Jawa Juice?"

My favorite PT background character is Rehtul Minnau in the Phantom Menace he is actually played by Nathan Hamill, Mark Hamill's son.

ROTS: Sly Moore

 

My man Captain Cody was pretty cool, but I happen to like Saessee Tiiin, he always had a ragin facial expression until he was beat by an old man

 

There's this little guy that walks onscreen when Padme and Ani get off in Mos Espa in AOTC. Just as their little chariot-looking thing parks, he runs into frame and growls at these even smaller things, which then run away. He's really cute.
