Too many great characters. I'd like to throw a word in for Ralph, Sideshow Bob, and Groundskeeper Willie.

 

There are so many, but Homer has to be top of the list

My feet are wet, but my pants are bone dry! Everything's coming up Milhouse.

Milhouse: But I'm all Milhouse! Plus my mom says I'm the coolest guy in school.

like a big sister.
Milhouse: No, I'm not! Why does everybody keep saying that?
Lisa: Would you do me a favor? When you get back to class, just
give him this note.
Milhouse: [groans]
Lisa: [insistent] Please?
Milhouse's Brain: When she sees you'll do anything she says,
she's bound to respect you.
Milhouse: Sure! What's a big sister for? [walks off]
[to himself] Oh... I shouldn't have said that.

Bart: Do you have your change purse?
Milhouse: Always!

(At Lisa's future wedding)
Lisa: Mom, I feel kind of funny wearing white. I mean...Milhouse.
Marge: [dismissive] Oh, Milhouse doesn't count.

(Lisa is caught in band class laughing at something Nelson's doing outside)
Sherri: She was looking at Nelson!
Kids: [taunting] Lisa likes Nelson!
Milhouse: She does not!
Kids: [taunting] Milhouse likes Lisa!
Janey: He does not!
Kids: [taunting] Janey likes Milhouse!
Mr. Largo: Nobody likes Milhouse!

Comic Book Guy: Last night's 'Itchy and Scratchy Show' was, without a doubt, the worst episode ever. Rest assured, I was on the internet within minutes, registering my disgust throughout the world.
