Favourite Lord of the Rings Character

They're the Artoo and Threepio of Middle Earth, you've gotta love them.

 

I do like them, and it was painfull to have to leave them out.....but that's life.

Ok, so 'ol big eye is just a bit shy and never really shows himself in the flesh...
Ok, he has a horde of pea-brained, bad-breathed, scortched-skinned, smelly oafs that can't think for themselves doing battle for him. Not to mention body-less black garments that ride around brainlessly thinking of one thing... But hey they're scary enough to frighten the dickens out of charles himself or anyother 'ol bloke as you would say! And besides it's hard coming back after your body was already destroyed once!

I mean, I know he's the baddest of the bad 'an all... The ultimate Evil as some would say... But still, one has to admit that one so powerful- that he is able to practically ensare the entire world in his grasp of conquest- must deserve some credit or respect!!!

Ofcourse he can't win in the end or we're all doomed for all eternity... But what the heck, give the guy some credit- just 'cause the 'ol grouch has a sore eye for everyone
doesn't mean he doesn't deserve votes. Afterall, you'd be cranky too if you thought the ring-bearer had the worlds only supply of visine!

It's going to be interesting this year, not only is the Extended Edition out on dvd, but apparently, both FOTR and TTT EE's are being released in the cinema just before Return of the King comes out!

 

You'd need a bladder of steel to get through either of those films in the cinema!

I agree. It's nice to have the brake in the middle, when watching FOTR EE at home (as it will be with TTT EE), but i don't know if i could sit through the entire thing at once in the cinema. But of course, i know i will though
