Amph Feast of Souls: The C.S. Friedman Thread

I've loved the work of C.S. Friedman for a great many years now. From the Coldfire Trilogy, to the Madness Season, to The Wilding.

Her latest book, Feast of Souls is now out in paperback and definitly worth a look in my humble opinion. She writes wonderful characters and brilliant Sci-Fi/Fantasy settings in her novels. I love the idea of magic stealing the users lifeforce in Feast of Souls.

So does anybody else enjoy her work?

 

CS Friedman is one of my favourite writers because she has these amazing ideas and concepts that she explores in her novels. I think This Alien Shore is my favourite book so far, but I also love the Coldfire trilogy.

 

Wings of Wrath comes out February 3, 2009. I will be eagerly awaiting its release. I'll have to re-read Feast of Souls to get back up to speed.
