Bloom, IN February meeting notes

Greetings to all!

Here is the Hoosier Alliance General Meeting notes for the February meeting this past Saturday.
We had 4 people in attendance.

WELCOME:
Brian (NorvelleJedi05) welcomes everyone attending the meeting.


BOOK SIGNINGS:
Eric & I had a good time at the Timothy Zahn booksigning event. I brought pictures of the Timothy Zahn and James Luceno booksignings.

The Timothy Zahn (Survivor's Quest) booksigning tour will be Wednesday, February 4th at 7pm at the Barnes and Noble in Carmel (14709 U.S. 31 North, Carmel, IN 46033). The costume Star Wars people will be at b&n at 6pm.

As an added bonus the Indy Knights held their monthly meeting @ b&n.

GEN CON 2004:
Gen Con this year will be August 19 - 22, 2004.

CELEBRATION 3: Return to Indy
-CELEBRATION 3 will be coming to Indy.
April 24th-26th, 2005

BIG meeting, big plans next month ...

That concludes the meeting notes for now. Stay tuned for further updates. Again thanks everyone attending this month's meeting. I look forward to meeting more of everyone in March, 2004.

 

Note:

- I sent information about the Hoosier Alliance meetings to Bantha Tracks. Also, I sent a digital picture of me and Timothy Zahn. It was taken by Echo-3.


We also talked about a Star Wars pizza night, a SW movie night and having a BBQ. Once the weather gets better we'll make plans for these ideas.


Finally, we discussed about creating a logo for the Hoosier Alliance. There was talk about creating stickers, decals, etc. using the HA logo.


Did I miss anything?


Since we had a little discussion about collecting Star Wars stuff everyone agreed to having a SW toy run event.

 

I got a hit today from ebay SW sellers. A lady email me and said her boyfriend & his good friend LOVES SW , So I let them know the basic's. I told them to post here on the boards to interdose themself if they were interested.Keep a look out!
