Tucson FEBRUARY MEETING ON THE 4TH AT GRANT /CAMPBELL BOOKMAN'S

so our meeting is one week from today.. this is a reminder!!

FEBRUARY MEETING ON THE 4TH .. GRANT/CAMPBELL BOOKMAN'S 6PM -10PM.. AFTER MEETING AT HAL'S HOUSE!!

 

I am noticing a lot of new names on the board.. please do introduce yourselves and join us at the meeting on saturday if you are located in/near Tucson. we would love to have you.

 

Please inform me, PM or post as to what U want for eats. Bring something if U want. I'll get what I can. Being that Dial and JediDragon/CathieCat have been such good hosts in the past, I have a lot to live up to.
I still have to straighten up the house (O, gawd, what a mess)and clean... Time, Time, where did U go (Time is live money, you never have enough)?

 

crackers, cheese, caviar, champagne, strawberries.... you know the usual stuff!!


okay... okay.... just the cheese and crackers is alright... I suppose..but really.... I am happy with anything!

 

Hal, if we are eating pizza at Bookman's, I'd keep the snacks at your house as light as possible. You know, drinks, chips, tums...

 

I am wondering how many people plan on showing up at this meeting? seems more than normal..which is great.. and I am just curious in nature.

okay.. so I am thinking we are going to have myself, Jada, Mugen, DSJ, Chewie, JM, Hal, nightwalker (1-3?),MJDS, wondering about the rest of the posters though.. if you get the chance to let us know you are coming.. please do.. I am trying to get an accurate count for the folks doing the food/drink for this meeting/aftermeeting.

 

I am also bringing my laptop. In fact, I am typing this on it right now . So I can type up what needs to be typed. And with that Bookman's having free Wi-Fi, I can even post it right when we adjurn . Or somebody else can, whatever.

Ok I lied, seems my asst. manager went and got himself arrested for asault. So im stuck picking up his shifts untill further notice. One being Sat night!! Stupid !@&(*#. Guess why they pay me the sorta big bucks. If ya all still want pizza, you are more than welcome to send someone to pick it up of course.
Cat could you please proxy vote for me? I trust your judgement.

 

You not being able to be there completely sux, but there is a light...it might actually work for us to pick up the pizza...so we can eat it at Hals place...unless others had another plan...

Anyone been able to get intot he DSG websight? Its been down for awhile

Also, is anybody going to want Coffee at my domicile? If so I have to get out the coffee maker (no big deal but I packed it up). I only use a small Capichino/Espresso maker for myself.

I have crackers and cheese already, cheap sprite like stuff and some other simple beverages (no coke or Pepsi- I'm not getting to that dispute), so if anyone can think of something else yelp at me.

 

I would say just do individual coffee on the machine you already have up and running..

as for the pizza.. we would eat that at the meeting.. not at Hal's.. Hal has snacks for us at his house..

can someone go with me to get pizza at JM's before 6pm? sorry.. the car goes in the shop on monday.. but then it comes out 12 days later.. so I have to rely on everyone for a little while longer.

Defining the Voting Member

After some discussion we have determined that in order to vote in an official decision being made by the fan force a person must meet the following requirements in the period of every 6 months:

• Attended 3 meetings


• Attended a Major event [a uniformed event* or 2 rpgs]


• Be an active poster on the boards

*costume or TFF shirt

Underage Members

While we accept members under the age of 18, any member under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign the Waiver in order to participate.

Discussion was held regarding having a Garage Sale in conjunction with the Reid Park Garage Sale.

We need more info! Funds would be used to "fund" the group.

Summer Reading Program

cathiecat is meeting with the TPPL on March 8th to discuss our involvement in the Summer Reading Program.

As a bonus, this would be an indoor event.
