Great Britain's Heather Watson grabs the early break in the 3rd over Serena!

    TWO BREAKS!

    Edit: ugh, again.

Well I'm at my parents for the fourth and discovered on DirecTV they have a tennis mix where I can see all the matches then select one to watch.

Been watching Murray's match. Cruising, just don't get complacent.

Edit: Dammit. Seppi totally used the long trainer session as a long timeout. Grr...

Excited about the QF matchups on the men's side. Hopefully Wawrinka hits his first Wimbledon semifinal. The only one left who hasn't dropped a set in the tournament.

Looks like Serena is at most 4 games away from the semifinals. Don't think Sharapova will take her down either. Four slams in a row coming up! Graf had five in a row in 1988-1989.

Graf and Serena did play a bit, but I don't think they had the kind of passing of the torch match that Federer and Sampras had.

The torch was passed indirectly. I was going to say through Hingis, but Hingis peaked before Graf retired, and Hingis never beat Graf in a slam final.

vika played a good match. serena was just unstoppable on her serve in the later moments. she seems to always be vulnerable early but then finds her stride as the match progresses.

Federer and Murray in the semis! Federer won all his matches against Murray in 2014. Murray won their last meeting on grass at the Olympics.

Wawrinka loses his first set of the tournament but now even.

The world is changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it. Once Maria Sharapova beat Serena Williams at a slam. But some things that should not have been forgotten were lost. History became legend. Legend became myth. And for two and a half thousand years, Serena Williams kicked the **** out of Sharapova at every encounter.

I'm a sucker for witnessing history, but I'd still prefer to see Maria win this.

horrible start for maria. back to back double faults to gift serena the break.

edit: i'll be shocked if this match lasts an hour.

I will say it looks like Muguruza was genetically engineered for the sole purpose of taking on Serena WIlliams in a grand slam final.

i like murray, but i'm rooting for fed here. would love to see a rematch of last year's final and for fed to end his three year drought.
