How can we decide, has any of these groups shown any interest in the Rebels or petitioned for an alliance.

I would kind of go with Atlanta since we already have a baseball connection with the Braves , Norfolk would be alright also.

Or even Moncton , Canada since they are our neighbors to the north. that might be cool.

? I don?t know.. I would love to hear more people input on this difficult choice also.
