FF for FF?

No, but I have alot of ideas and I would really like to do a film if I had the right equipment.

 

I've done a couple little crappy things here and there. For example, I made this music video with "Battle of the Heroes" and some clips for Episode III. I've also choreographed like 2 or 3 lightsbaer battles. But nothing too big cuz I dont have cool editing software or a good camera...

 

Well if any of you guys are interested i have a crew of 4 ready and some equipment.

+3 miniDV cameras [Were saving up sor a semi-professional canon]
+Adobe after effects
+Adobe audition
+3DS max
+Final cut
+adobe premire
+2 Del pcs
+1 mac laptop
+Soundrtack audio software

Me and two of my friends are theatre majors, my friend hannah is an experienced editor for television, and i have directed several student films. My friend matthew has done the same.

Im eager to do something, were in the midst of a big project put on hold because im getting braces soon, so i have the drive but nothing to do!

Trips, can you elaborate a little more on your idea for a Fan Film??? You said something about Imperial Commandos and it sounds kinda interesting.

 

Well, while brainstorming i came up with two ideas for two films, both of wich i would really like to do.

The first is a comedy/Parody..check out the thread http://boards.theforce.net/Fan_Films/b10015/20226364/?7

The second takes place after the fall of the empire. It revolves around two ex-imperial commandos [one of wich has background as a tusken raider] who after the fall of the empire, and their narrow escape from endor become bounty hunters or mercanaries of sorts.

This idea of course needs alot of tweaking, but for sure i would love to have some squad action early on in the film, perhaps flash-backs?

 

How would you film something like that??? I mean with all the special effects and costumes??? Sure the idea is great but how are you planning on making that into reality??? I dont mean to sound as if Im hating the idea cuz I'm not, I'm just curious to know how you plan on making it come true. MTFBWY!!!

 

For wich project?

Wel li have most of the software, and a crew i have worked with before. Wit hthe addition of you guys we can become one big super-crew, lol.

Im a pretty obsessive/concentrated/focused person, so i plan on putting money into this.

It is a period of distress for the Republic as well as the Jedi.

Former Jedi ULIC QEL-DROMA, whom was prophesized to

take role as a SITH LORD, has fallen to the Dark Side on Onderon.

At the same time, a padawan learner named EXAR KUN,

left his master in hopes of glory and power offered by the Dark Side.


At a meeting with Ulic on Cinnagar, they were proclaimed as master and apprentice.

With strong influence and brute force, Exar has gathered

and kidnapped former Jedi comrades, and converted them to

Sith learners, gathering their ranks on the fortress world of KORRIBAN,

whilst Ulic, with the help of KRATH leader ALEEMA KETO,

is gathering forces to grow a great and powerful army.


Together, they have begun an assault on the Republic that

will come to be known as the GREAT SITH WAR.

A Republic freighter ship transports one of many Jedi traitors,

Kahdle Uei, to the Jedi Temple on Ossus to face

trials for his treason....
