Hum... hello there??!! Is anyone here?
Hi again, its been very quiet here I see.
Yes, it's been very quiet here, a lot of people are busy..
How are you?
Some of us working so that we may not get unemployed...
Others studying to some day be unemployed...
Yub, that's Tugaooine for sure.
It's a pitty we don't have pod races...
Well, this is a great place to live, that sums up everything, i think.
I understand, Its been a very busy semester for myself aswell.
But its almost over, and in about a month arrive in London to
start my travels in Europe.
But the real trouble is the final examinations...
I'm kinda... scared...
Yeah, i'm also scared about the final examinations, if i fail one im "dead".
Jadie, Redius: I'm older than you, I'm going to do 5 final exams and just thinking about it... well, yes, I'm scared too. And if I fail, no university for me this year.
*is off to study*
Hum...I think i'll only be scared when university exams arrive, about two years from now.Until then,i'd rather not think about it!Right now,i'm just tired and fed up about school.
Well hope everyone does well on their exams.
I'm an art student so I mostly just have final projects to do.
Not to many exams.
Hey ya! Abraços de uma colega lusófona de além-mar!
Olá!! Bem-vinda aqui por estes lados!
ÉS bem vinda no nosso fórum sempre que queiras conversar com Scruffy-Looking Lusitanos...
I just wanted to say that it's been a pleasure hanging out with you guys in the FanForce moving social thread. I'll try to remember to pop back in here from time to time.
The thread has now moved off to the FFNSW board. I find that humourous since that happens to be where I'm from.
You're welcome to visit it anytime?I'll probably always be somewhere near it.
Hope you all liked this FF Portugal Forum.
I did indeed.
Hope you pass by Tugaooine more often now...
I hope you enjoy the start of the Halloween festivities!
Are you visiting or planing to visit Portugal soon? If yes, I want to inform you that between November 1st and January 14th there will be an offical exhibition of Star Wars material in Portugal. This next text is quoted and translated from a portuguese website:
"Welcome to the SECRET SIDE OF THE FORCE... The Star Wars Universe to be visited in "Museu da Electricidade" (Electricity Museum) starting November 1st.
More than 150 objects, original models, 2 starships, story-boards and much more to (re)discover in about 2000m2 in the official exhibition from the intergalactic saga that conquered generations all over the world.
Thirty years after creating six movies, books, games and numerous merchandising, "Museu da Electricidade" lights itself to receive this trip throghtout 12 worlds of the Star Wars Universe. Starting in the world where Anakin Skywalker was born, it's in the Projection Room that, after a 2 hours course, the visit ends, with the possibility of watching the whole saga and some documentaries of the Star Wars Universe. An opportunitie that you cant miss.
May the force be with you!

But, in another website there are other facts:
-231 objects (including the original costumes of Darth Vader, Yoda, Chewbacca and Padmé Amidala.)
-1 ship (Naboo N-1, with more than 10 meters)
-review of the history of special effects, since the first movie, filmed thirty years ago.
-estate evaluated in 7,8 millions euros
-the exhibition was already in Paris, and 26 TIR trucks were needed to transport all the objects and tecnical equipment to Lisbon.

We don't have much of a Halloween tradition here...
I disagree, we have a halloween tradition, it's called: vandalize everything possible.
Ah yeah... I forgot that "Porto-vs-Benfica-football-derby-supporting-teams" afterwards "parties"...
We don't have Halloween here much at all, although it's starting to creep through from America... all the activity on these boards just had it on my mind!
Hope everything is well up there for you guys! (And gals!)
