My life is a fish bowl always going round and round getting know where fast
?Fear not for the future, weep not for the past? - Percy Bysshe Shelley
After a little 'incident' in Quigggins today in Liverpool - it set me thinking very deep and philosophical about life...
What's the rush?
Life has its own certain rhythm and pace. When you attempt to outrun it, you miss it.
Making life faster does nothing to make it better. Today is plenty and right now is always enough.
Tomorrow will come in good time, and there's nothing to be gained by rushing to get to it ahead of time. Instead, live fully the depth and richness of this day, of this moment.
Take each opportunity as it comes to enjoy and fulfill the beauty of what is. There is something wondrous and valuable in every direction you look.
It makes no sense to put all your energy into jumping ahead of yourself. For life's treasures are all here in this moment right now.
Choose to live your life at the pace that it comes to you. And its many treasures will surely be yours.
And after all that - if you attempt to rush through life as fast as the Tango Tanned Scouser Girl did - dont forget - that Tango Tan will blow off into the wind, and ye shall be pale once more....just as pale as a very pale person who is quite pale because she has no Tango Tan on....anymore....
You are what you do.
Heard that song on the radio this morning, first time in years. Still makes the hairs on my neck stand up.
When the world swings at you ... duck, then swing for crown jewels! Always best to let the world know you are still alive
my thought of the day is do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail
^ Like that one

surroundings. An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and
himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.

"No, I can't accept payment for what I did," the Scottish farmer
waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to
of the family hovel. "Is that your son?" the nobleman asked.
"Yes," the farmer replied proudly.
"I'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own
son will enjoy. If the lad is anything like his father, he'll no
to be a man we both will be proud of." And that he did. Farmer

Someone once said: What goes around comes around.
Work like you don't need the money.
Love like you've never been hurt.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Sing like nobody's listening.
Live like it's Heaven on Earth.
... and dress like you are in the Rocky Horror show
But I like that other stuff ^
