Dang, the find of the century. And on Endor no less. Too strange to be a coincidence.

Ha. If these things actually are in the movie, I personally think it could be really cool.

 

It all adds up. They are certainly little people and not Ewoks. I was kinda hoping the Little People would be Murakami's little people but that is wishfull thinking. So little people, check. Forest looking like Endor, check. Rocker#3 check. This of course lends credibility to the Kira rumor. Bring out the Death Note memes.

So we will be visiting not only Tatooine but Endor as well? Hmmm. I hope the fans that think seeing more Skywalkers in the movies is sooo repetitive find this as repetitive as well.

 

Tatooine and Endor in the movie after the movie with Tatooine and Endor? All we need is a third Death Star...

Really hoping it's not Endor.

 

Well it came out 30 years ago so it's not like we saw Endor yesterday. Trust me I would rather see Dromund Kaas and Nar Shaddaa, but the evidence speeks for itself.

 

I'd bet good money it's not Endor. It looks nothing like Endor. It's a new planet.

 

We will know soon enough. Just one more year.

 

Yeah, I'd say it's Dagobah over Endor, if anything. Dagobah could make sense if Luke's in hiding, as rumored, or is training Jedi there or something like that.

But I'm hoping it's a brand-new place too.

 

I doubt they are going back to Endor, but if there turns out to be any kernel of truth to this rocker business then this might be one of those things that's been mined from the EU for inspiration. A species that looks like a bunch of rocks from a really obscure source is the kind of superficial thing I would expect the writers to embrace before incorporating major characters from the EU (like Jaina Solo or Ben Skywalker).

 

Yeah, I know what you mean, but what I was getting at was if we were to watch them in chronological order, one after the other, a Tatooine/Endor double feature would definitely feel repetitive.

I'm still hoping for an all-new, "high fantasy"-esque planet in the vein of Tolkien or Frank Frazetta (another early Star Wars influence)...

 

Agreed, and maybe I need to give up on this one, but I'll try one more time....

Puzzlewood looks nothing like Endor. I've been to Puzzlewood, so I'm not just talking garbage here. Heck, they could even go a couple of kilometres down the road and find much more Endoresque landscapes. If they wanted to go back to Endor, then why on earth would they film in Puzzlewood? As Dewback said, they may have taken an idea here from the EU (in this case the Rockers) and incorporated it into the movie, but this does not mean that it's Endor.

There are huge weird rock formations at Puzzlewood, so rock-like aliens would sort of make sense I suppose. I just hope if this is the case, that it is well done and not another irritating alien race that's supposed to be 'cute' but is just annoying.

 

Keenser from JJ's Star Trek kinda looks like he's made of rock...

They could've been inspired by this, but that doesn't mean these creatures HAVE to be from Endor since this is EU material.

 

Yeah, looking through photos of Puzzlewood on Google, it does have some interesting rock formations like this:

You guys really think someone billed as Rocker #3 gets his own trailer? Or that character names would be on trailers?

 

That struck me odd as well.

 

maybe each trailer holds a certain number of extras. Maybe it is the third trailer full of little rockers.

 

Was it ever confirmed these were posted on the actors trailers? I recall coming across a tweet that took a picture of Harrison and Carrie's trailers and all it had written on it was 'HF' & 'CF'

 

Yeah, the million dollar question. Why would the trailers be labelled by character names?

 

I'm just angry that no fan got one of those drone thingo's and sent it in with a webcam!
