Filming dates - 3/17/18, 4/7/18, 4/8/18

Filming dates, according to the film crew, Bisons, and Bryan’s availability:

March 17-18
March 24-25
April 7-8

We are trying to get everything done in 1-2 weekends.

A sign up genius has been sent out. Link is on the private FB group. Please let me know if you need the link, or if you did not receive the email.

I have locked this thread so folks do not post availability here. The sign up genius will be the main source of info, as Bryan can monitor to coordinate filming schedules.

Please let Chris or myself know if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Last call for sign up genius availability

 

I can't commit to any dates right now with my work schedule, but if I am available to attend any, I will let leadership know.

 

The dates have been confirmed for:

March 17
April 7
April 8

The call times for those dates will be announced shortly. For now, please be prepared for the entire day until we work things out.

I'm in for the 17, 7 Sundays I work until 4. I will be out of town the weekend of the 24,25

 

Please update the sign up genius.
We will not be scheduling based on comments in this thread.
