Spok, WA Filming materials?

Hi all

I was wondering what do you all have to make this fan film?

I mean like cameras, computers, software. How much pre-production has been done on the subject. I'm just curious, my time lately has been limited but it will be free here pretty soon and would love to help you all out

 

We have cameras, computers and actors, mostly.
We need, space for any sets that need construction, costumes (though Kelli is on the ball for that) and time.

 

I have been three characters for past halloweens
tatooine luke
darth maul
mace windu

I have everything still. If you want to borrow let me know.

 

Los, can you make our next meeting? The fanfilm has kinda been put on hold because we couldn't get it done for C3, so we are mostly focusing on Celebration III planning right now. That and being social. I figure after C3 we will start back in on the fanfilm...

a friend of mine just showed me a catalog that has jedi-esqe outfits. Not too expensive either. Maybe even cheaper than making your own. Just thought I'd mention it.

Uh, those are cool looking, but Kelli showed us a Jedi outfit she made in about 2 hours and it cost somewhere around 10-20 bucks...

Oh, and Joann's has some really cool linen that I'm dying to get made into a jedi costume...

 

Ok, I've decided to purchase a digital video camera for fanfilm use... it'll happen some time this week, most likely. That way I'll also have a camera for C3... Woohoo!

 

For those with the cameras for filming.... would there be a way I could borrow one or get together with you sometime to take "test" shots?
