Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows goes on sale at 12:01am that night. Book stores all over town will be having book release parties that night, just a reminder to everyone. I am sure many of us will be attending some of these events around town!!

don't have a clue, I only know that if you have a B&N card it is $18.99 there. I don't know about anywhere else.. but I will be willing to bet you that the cheapest might well be Wal-Mart though I perish the thought!!![face_beatup]

I still can't decide if we are going to Border's or Barnes and Noble.. though as it stands right now we may just hit both places :) that is what the kids want to do. Party hop all the places that night :)

Bans will not be automatic, but on a case-by-case basis based on the TOS (e.g if someone is clearly trolling).

Also, please don't drop spoilers in a thread about other subjects. If you're referring to something that may in the book, keep it very vague. No spoilers in other threads, even HTR.

And the "No spoilers in thread titles and sigs" is just what it says. Those can get you banned.

Just backing up the spoiler policy. Watch posting even fake spoilers, sometimes it's hard to tell if it's a real one or not ;)

For those of us who have finished it...
MSN has a neat article on what JK Rowling decided to leave out! Some extra aside information. I am not putting the link so that no one accidentally clicks on it as the MSN article does have spoilers....

I read that article. It was pretty awesome.

Obviously, I'm highlighting this because it has spoilers ;)

One of the things my brother and I discussed was the Epilogue and how almost ambiguous it was. But he made an excellent point. Harry Potter - The Boy Who Lived successfully defeated the Dark Lord at the age of 17. What more could he do at that point? What more did he HAVE to do at that point. At the age of 17 he'd done more than . . . anyone. He'd put an end to the worst evil in his world. Knowing what he did from 9 to 5 is inconsequential.
