FF:SA Finally got info from Wallis about Batman movie...

Okay, they said they can do a nice group booking thing where for a few extra bucks they can set up a couple of nice things for us to eat and whatever, this is what they sent to me:

Coffee/Tea, biscuits, cake, Danishes and muffins
$16.00 30 - 100 people
$15.00 101+

Selection of cheese, pate, dips and wine
$19.00 30 - 100 people
$18.50 101+

Delicious chicken, champagne & seasonal salads
$24.00 30 - 100 people
$23.00 101+

That includes the movie ticket and the food prices.

So, here's what we do lovely people if we're interested so I can get organized.

Step 1: Put down your name, how many tickets and if you will be in costume, (and who as, of course.)

Step 2: Let me know which package you think would be the best, it will later come to a poll vote but need imput first.

Step 3: I will collect money either on June 4. (For those who are going to the Kids Day thing.) Or alternatively, PM me and I'll forward my banking details for you to drop in the money.

Thank-you all for pointing out my lack of organization, Well... I would like imput, so let me know what date would be convenient!

It starts from June 16th, so any time after that, perhaps the Saturday 18th of June is good?

Probably the best, or even Friday 17th?

 

The evening obviously for Friday and for Saturday after five some time.

Will have to check with Wallis once I get final numbers.

Can't on the 17th, sorry..that's Fox's birthday and have already made plans to go see Madagascar with a group of friends....


might not be able to on the 18th, due to the almighty dollar again....Friday night is going to cost enough already!!! How I love living on such a low budget.

Hmmm, how about June 25th? More convinent? It's a party-type event, so it doesn't have to be exactly when the movie comes out and I'd like to have everyone who wants to see it come!
