Well, won't be getting it tomorrow then.
For Aurora I would need a spare $346400
by the time you could afford it you would need alot more than that.
Not as I increase my net worth..
What do apartments in the skyrise section run?
Parties that start on Saturday and then finish on Friday.
Well it's true
Don't you ever realise, that when you have money, you are tempted to spend it?
tempted, yes, but the cold hard reality of having gone hungry and stress over paying the rent/phone/electricity generally tends to curb your actual spending habits.
We're all so poor
Nevertheless, I have changed my financial strategy somewhat. Instead of just accumulating money for years on end, I'll just save to put a deposit on a property, and I'll use some of the money to fund an overseas uni exchange trip.
Because career can be even more important than just money so you may have to invest career-wise sometimes...
Well, isnt that why you are going to university?
Dollars, my question What are they asking for the skyrise apartments?
You mean the Aurora? or just any apartment?
For the Aurora they ask about 350000..
You can get city apartments for around 150000 upwards though..
You could spend that amount of money and watch it depreciate in value along with the other inner city apartments. I'll sit and watch in the 'burbs thanks.
There are cute little studio apartments for sale across the road from my work (and the pub!!) for $150,000.
It woudl be so cool, I wouldn't have to get up before work til about 8am... no train... hoem for lunch every day...
But the rates and body corporate are in excess of $3000 annually which is stretching the budget just that little bit too far
If you look around tho you can get 1 bedroom units for around $100,000 - but strickly studio style apartments, mostly in apartment buildings servicing foreign student type people with it's own coffee shop and stuff.
When a teaching couple who are friends of mine went to the bank, they were approved up to half a million dollars for their first nome.
Sounds like a city apartment would be doable.
I just found one for $138,000 in that building across the road bostonian
hey Otter check out realestate.com.au

Good idea, kahli, make sure you post all the details of the transactions here, thanks

*sigh*. I need to get my ebusiness up and running soon. Rest assured, if I get some money I'll share it around .
Have you actually made a decision as to what this business is going to be? What's your product/service/thing?
