Well I'm part Finnish and I don't ever recall being under something called "Buget."

 

I thought "Buget" was the capital of Finland. I could be wrong.

Well, "Buget" isn't capital of Finland. It's Helsinki. How I know this? I'm finnish and writing this from the former capital of Finland, Turku .
