IC: Aimi Sonozaki

Her shots had missed but she knew she couldn't remain among the corpses forever. Aimi took a deep breath as she lay next to the dead clones, scanning around for any such route of escape. Her dark eyes locked on the flying bodies of the clones and her breath hastened in her chest. "Now or never," She thought and stood quickly, igniting the blade of her lightsaber. The yellow blade buzzed to life and she took a stance of firm resolve as she clutched the pistol in her opposite hand.

Aimi was the only Jedi in the hangar, and she was far from a Jedi master. Surely she could defend well enough with her lightsaber, but the use of this pistol, why did she feel the need to use it? Some part of her thought of it as a distraction, another part said that perhaps her lightsaber form was flawed. Was she doubting herself now of all times?

She shook off the thought and gritted her teeth, holding herself open, blade at one side and pistol at the other. "Hey you big meani--EEEE!" Aimi screeched as the ship crashed down to the surface. She tumbled and rolled about on the inside of the hangar, her saber turning off but held firmly in her grip. The pistol lost itself among the bodies and she found herself in an interesting predicament now. As the ship settled, Aimi crawled to her feet and observed her surroundings: she was by the hangar entrance.

Without another hesitation, she stood and sprinted off, hoping that the Force could guide her movements. The crash had managed to scratch her up a little, but nothing too serious. Aimi would have bruises at worst if she got away. Her only thought was getting away now, at least until she could inform the Council of the dark Jedi.

IC: Clone Commander Dev

The ship had finally landed. Dev was relieved that the nightmare of the crash was over, but he had to make a damage report. Up on the bridge, several officers and clones had been injured at the time of impact, because they had run into machinery. Otherwise, there were just a lot of scratches and bruises. Staring out the viewport, Dev could see Argos, its lush undergrowth amazing his eyes. Most of the worlds that he had fought on were much more treacherous than this one. However, he knew that there was no time for pleasantry; there was supposed to be an ongoing civil war between Republic loyalists and Argos nationalists. The fight was not over after landing the ship; there was more to come.

IC: ARC Trooper Arin

The ship had finally ground to a halt, and some of the squad members fell on impact. 'We're down," commented Pitt, turning around to face Arin. "Trooper, you did well with the gun," he said, patting Arin ont he shoulder. However, now the Dark Jedi is gone," he said while pointing to the open hangar door. "It's fled, but it won't ever come back. If it does, shoot it on sight. We can't have a dangerous threat to our operations on this planet." Arin agreed; if the Dark Jedi came back, it must be destroyed; otherwise, the planet would be lost to the CIS. That could not happen; the planet must be defended.

IC: Darth Goreb

The Dark Jedi jumped to his feet when he saw the female Jedi ignite her lightsaber. It was time for his battle. Goreb was about to run forward and attack the Jedi, but instead flew across the room and smacked into the wall. The ship had made its landing.

The Dark Jedi returned to consciousness. He scanned the room for the Jedi, she was gone. Darth Goreb winched in pain as he tried to stand up. His shoulder was dislocated from the crash. Goreb held tight to part of a ship, and pulled real hard. It was real painful, but it relocated his shoulder. He wanted to scream in pain, but held it back. He slowly stood up, and left the ship.

IC: Clone Commander Dev

Dev decided that it was time for his men to leave the ship. It was also an excuse to see the damage done in the hangar; for all he knew, he would not care to see his bretheren slaughtered, but he wanted to know. Plus, the Dark Jedi might still be around. Feeling confident, Dev said "Men, disembark from the ship and gather all of your gear." His soldiers began to file out through the bridge door, heading for the exit. If the Dark Jedi had escaped, Dev thought to himself, it could not get far. They would find it, and that's the last it would ever know.

IC Dax Reglita

Dax gripped the hand holds of his jedi gunship as he flew over the planet Argos, he gripped his lightsaber in his hand as they flew his ship finally landed. A hord of droids approached the ship, Dax and his fighters pushed the droids back. Dax turned through the hail of blaster bolts and saw Commander Dev and his men pushing forward. Dax pointed his lightsaber at the Dev and his men. Without hesitation he and his troops rushed forward to meet the platoon.

IC: Dev charged the horde of droids, his men firing away. From behind, he could hear one of his men grunt as he was cut down by enemy fire. Dax was ahead of them, slicing through droids with his lightsaber. However, dEv thought that there had been more Jedi aboard the ship; where were they, and why weren't they fighting? He was quickly forced to snap back to the present as a droid popped up in fron of him. He smacked it on the head with his blaster pistol, crumpling its mechanical body to the ground.

OC Dax

Dax twisted around slashing at droids with amazing speed, DAx had trained under Mace Windu and Sora Bulq leading him to have great skill in lightsaber combat. Dax switched his form of fighting to Makashi as he did this he whipped out his DL-44 blaster and gunned down droids. As he fought he realized a change in the droids behaviour suddenly 3 IG 800 prototype droids came out of nowhere swinging their formidible staffs. Dax's eyes widened and he stepped backward as the lead droid swung his staff.

IC: ARC Trooper Arin

After exiting the ship, the ARC sqaud had split up, leaving Arin with a squad of normal clones. However, being a sharpshooter, Arin would not run headlong into a group of enemies; that was suicide. Instead, he climbed up on a ledge overloking the spot of the skirmish. From there, he could see Commander Dev leading his men into battle against the mechanical soldiers, and that three IG 800 droids had appeared in front of the Jedi. Looking through the barrel of his sniper rifle, Arin aimed and fired; his shot pierced one of the droids, but it didn't fall down like the normal droids. Arin gritted his teeth and looked through his rifle again, hoping to take out the menaces before they could cause real damage.

Lightsaber(s)/Combat Form: Catherine fights with a very unorthodox and aggressive style, utilizing a combination of forms including Soresu, Ataru and Shien\Djem So.
Bio: Catherine has been a Jedi all her life, even though time and time again she strays from the code. It first began while she was a Padawan, when she chose to turn away from the Jedi and see what else there was in life. After years of journeying through the galaxy, during which time she entered and then left military service for the Republic, she returned to the Order. Despite facing stiff opposition she was allowed back and served loyally in preventing the Trade Federation from taking hold of numerous worlds, during which time she was promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight. During this time Catherine strayed once again from the path of a Jedi, this time falling in love with an apprentice and giving birth to a son. When word of this came out there were calls for Catherine to be exiled from the Order, however she managed to get some of the Jedi Masters on side so they could see that despite the Jedi's views on love she was still loyal and walked the light path, and thus was allowed to remain a Jedi. Not long after that Catherine was attacked because she was a Jedi, and her son was taken from her so that he couldn't be influenced by her beliefs. She was understandably a little miffed, but when the Council refused to help her the Jedi Knight exploded. She flatly condemned the Council over their lack of action before leaving the Order. However, as part of her trial, Aayla Secura was to seek out Catherine and convince her to return. Upon meeting her Aayla thought the woman was nothing like the rumors she heard...Catherine didn't try and strike her down or speak against the Jedi. But she made the ordeal anything but easy for her. Aayla quickly learned that reciting Jedi teachings would have no effect, she had to get into her mind and see things from her perspective. Aayla eventually convinced her she understood the real life lessons a Jedi had to learn. Catherine explained her story to Aayla before begging her for healing. She promised the Jedi would do what they can to offer grief counseling and to overcome the loss of her son, but everything Catherine tried was in vain. She had to make those who took him from her pay, make them see the suffering she had faced.

Especially for a Jedi Catherine is very blunt and to the point, indeed brutally so. A lot of the time she rejects Jedi teachings in favor of real world lesson, only resorting to the code as a defensive mechanism. She also appears to have a permanent chip on her shoulder, even when she appears relaxed there is very much an undercurrent of tension and a badly masked aggressive, hostile and confrontational attitude. She absolutely hates Jedi bigotry and pushes against it as much as the Order allows her. Seeing Jedi themselves become bigheaded compels her to strongly voice her opinion about them, but to see hatred of Jedi simply because of who they are has Catherine quick to use her lightsaber in a threatening manner.

IC Dax

Dax defended himself best as he could as the Ig 800 took a swing at him, suddenly the droid teetered as if hit by a sniper blast, as a matter of fact it had been hit by a sniper blast. Dax grinned the shot had cooked the droids processor, but it quickly recovered and stabbed at him. Dax flipped, the jump carried him over the droids head and as he did this he stabbed donwards destroying the droid's processor. The droid again teetered before it crashed to the ground with a resounding thud. Dax allowed himself a moment of victory before he turned. He sighed one down two more to go...

IC: ARC Trooper Arin

Arin had noticed that the Jedi had just disposed of the guard he had just shot. Eagerly, he aimed and fired again, this time at an advancing droid. The droid fell over in a heap, lifeless and inanimate. From there, Arin watched as the Jedi began to parry the staff thrusts from the second guard droid. Carefully, he looked through his barrel. However, a laser blast flew right by his head, so he ducked for cover as more bursts came in his direction. "Dang," he thought, "I've been seen." Arin knew that peeking his head above the ledge would invite more blaster bolts, so he had to keep hidden. Maybe he could fire off a shot, but it might not be worth the risk. He had to decide.

The MTT landed at the crashed assault ship and began unloading. The Droids were given the order to attack, and began marching. When they were in firing range, the assault began again.

IC: Darth Goreb

Darth Goreb looked upon the battle. The clones were outnumbered, but they had a defensive position. Goreb put his hands it to fists, and rested them on his hips. He would join the battle at a later time.

IC: Clone Commander Dev

Dev charged forward, his blaster pistol mowing down several droids. As he moved forward, a shot grazed by his arm, causing himto momentarily lose control of his weapon. Reaching onto his utility belt, Dev flipped the deadman's switch off and tossed a theraml detonator at the opened MTT; the vehicle violently exploded, sending shrapnel flying around the battlefield. Some fo the droids were speared by the machinery and short-circuited, but none of the clones were harmed, for they had been far away enough to avoid any collateral damage. With the short distraction, Dev's men made a charge towards the weakened droid forces cutting many droids down with their blasters.

IC: ARC Trooper Arin

Arin had heard the MTT explode, and he was relieved to know that maybe he could stop hiding. Peeking out fro his cover, he could see Dev's men charge the weakened droid forces, cutting many enemies down with their blasters. Pulling his wepon up to his eyes, he released a shot that toppled another droid that was about to shoot one of the clones. After that, he watched as the Jedi started parrying blows with the guard droid. He thought that he should do something, but he decided against it; he might be out of range, and his cover might make him misfire, so he watched as the two did battle; it was staff vs. lightsaber.

Bio: Lunna was born in Naboo to a middle-class family. Her mother tried to hide the fact that her fifth baby girl could levitate things, but eventually gossip got out.

Lunna was taken to the temple on her first birthday. She underwent the usual training and was taken as a Padawan by Master Iris Hadrian when she turned seven. Young Lunna displayed a great skill and a strong connection to the Force. She was a natural leader, if a little headstrong, something she grew out of eventually.

Finally, after twelve years of intense training, Iris presented the young woman before the Council. Lunna underwent the Trials and was promoted to the rank of Knight. She still keeps her strong bond with her former Master, often going to her for advice.

OOC: Forgive the ooc comment, but could someone tag me specifically so I'm not so lost. I know we're on the planet, but where am I in the battle? Could I kindly ask for a GM post tagging the new Jedi characters so we have a place to start?

OOC: I can't do anything, because I would be controlling the story if I did (triple character post), so I have to wait until someone else does their piece.

CO-GM's post:

Droids were falling all over the battlefield, it looked like the clones might win. Clones cheered, the MTT was destroyed, the biggest threat on the field was destroyed. The battle would soon be over, or they thought.

The Dark Jedi was back, and he brought with him an army of Super Battle Droids. Once again the battle was in the enemy's favor.

The battle looked like it was over for the clones. If the status quo didn't turn again the clones would lose. Everyone on the battlefield was fighting, and hoping that something would happen in there favor. It looked like all was lost for the republic, but something good happened. Reinforcements arrived, fresh clones and Jedi joined the battle.

ARC Captain Zeta 085 arrived with his squad, and Jedi Knight Lunna Revilla leading the clones.

Before the arrival.

The ARC Troops loaded into the docking bay, running towards the gunships, Zeta-085 waited for his squad to load into the gunship. The hatch closed and the gunship loaded onto the catapult. 3... 2... 1... the gunship surged forward towards the planet's surface. A hologram came on in the darkness of the gunship, it was the ship commander of the capital ship Paragon, "The first wave has called for reinforcements, apparently there's a Dark Jedi in the battle, along with their own battalion of reinforcements," the soldiers nodded in the blue light in the hologram "Your mission is to assist the first wave in any way you can, Captain Bartlet, you're in charge until you reach Commander Dev, understood." Zeta-085 nodded "Aye, sir."

The gunship shook as they entered the atmosphere, the sides of the ship opened as they neared the LZ, AA fire lit up the sky. Zeta-085's ship landed, he jumped out of the ship and took point, before his squad could get far enough mortar fire hit the ship, killing his squad mates. "Paragon, this is Zeta-085, my squad's been eliminated." he said restraining the anger he felt. "Understood, Commander Dev isn't far from your position, you should be able to spot his armor easily, get there; he's your leader now, call for support as needed."

"Understood, sir." Zeta-085 said, shutting off the comm and making his way to Commander Dev.

OOC: Sorry. That's ARC Commander Pitt. Arin is an ARC Trooper. You're character is going to find Dev, Cooly. No problems with the mix-up.

IC: Clone Commander Dev

Dev watched as his men were being cut down one by one. The super battle droids shot lasers from their wrists, not allowing the soldiers to fire in response. Wihtout reinfrcements, the battle would end badly for the Republic. Looking around, he could see Zeta-085 come around a small pile of rocks, his weapon drawn. "Captain!" yelled Dev as the latter joined him. "Captain, did you bring any reinfrcements?"

"Yes sir," answered Zeta," but they were killed by mortar fire. I'm the only one that's left in my squad."

"We really need reinforcements..." grunted Dev as he shot a super battle droid, shearing its shooting arm off.

"I heard that the other ships are attempting to send you troops, but that might not be true. The battle up there is going badly. WE've already lost one ship, and another is seriously damaged."

"I just hope that you're right, Captain," said Dev as the battle raged on.

The Battlefield
"Commander Dev, Paragon is ready to send reinforcements, I'll call them in, time to even out the battle." Zeta-085 opened the comm link between himself and the Paragon's commander, "Zeta-085 to Paragon, we need reinforcements on my coordinates, send them as soon as you can, there's AA batteries all over, requesting an air strike before the gunships arrive."

The crew of the Paragon acknowledged the requests, "Roger, Captain, reinforcements are on the way." He nodded at his counterpart, "Send the orders to the hangar bays, we need an air strike these coordinates," he pointed to his information screen, "Load the drop ships with troops and some artillery, get them down their quick."

"They're on their way commander." Zeta-085 said before getting shot through the helmet by a sharpshooter.
