some chick i was chilling out with told me this was the only whiskey she can drink. in a perfect world, i immediately got up and walked away from her forever without a word
I snuck in some Fireball whiskey when I saw The Hangover III in theaters earlier this year... a great time was had.
Okay ... can someone please explain 'fireball' whiskey to me? Is it a brand? Because if it is a 'style', it is definitely something I have never heard of, and I consider myself a whiskey connoisseur...
I can't drink liquor at all unless it's mixed in something. And I think whiskey became bad news sometime in college.
I assume you yanks equate alcohol that is not beer or wine = liquor? Otherwise, I would ask you how you mix your beer?
VERY intriguing! Is that a generic thing, or specific to a certain manufacturer? I'm actually a big fan of honey bourbon, ie: Wild Turkey American Honey ... YUM!
I like the sweet taste of W/T American Honey on ice ... how does Cinnamon Wiskey compare? Is it a sweet taste?
I like Firefly, which is a locally produced "sweet tea vodka." Mix with lemonade, and you've got a drunk Arnold Palmer.
I had a little bit of firefly once and I think that would be a very dangerous drink for me so I haven't had any since. Yuck, Wild Turkey is death. Kraken is where its at!
Have not (yet) tried Fireball Whiskey. Have been told it's golden when mixed with apple juice. As of now, Honey Jack Daniels is my hard liquor of choice. Unless I'm being cheap.
I was wrinkling my nose at this entire thread until you mentioned mixing that with apple juice. But I generally stay away from whiskey. I don't care much for it and I don't handle myself very well when I drink it... Beer "cocktails" are actually a thing! The place I bake for is going to offer them once our liquor license is good to go.
I tried drinking bourbon straight 3 weeks ago at one of our parties. Had the most horrific hangover the next day, but I still managed to get a run in. A really painful run.
