Firefly...the Series

Anybody ever see it?

What a great show! It's funny, well written, well casted! They even made a movie out of it.

Why'd it get cancelled?

 

Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

 

I've almost bought this on DVD twice now.

Fox sabatoged it by airing the episodes out of order (the pilot aired last), pre-empting it, and (I think) changing the day and/or time. Fox has a habit of signing shows and then setting them up to fail.

it was cancelled because they aired it durning the worled series, everyone was watching the world series, so no one watched it.

Great show, too bad it got canceled. It can compare to legendary shows as Knightrider and the A-team.

 

There's a new comic coming out this year that takes place during the show so all of the characters are in it. It's about a job that was successful, and deals with the crew not knowing what to do when they actually have good luck for a change.

 

My all-time favorite show! Shiny!
