So NV First Annual TSS weight loss challenge

I weigh 195lbs. Lets see if i can get that down to 180 where i belong. then up from all the freakin muscle mass I am going to build up!

Yesterday I went to the vets and weighed myself. Apparently I weigh less than I originally thought. I got on the scale and I only weigh 182 pounds right now.whoops. I guess I lost 15 pounds or so without even noticing. I tried yoga last night too, good freakin lord it hurts. weight training tomorrow.

 

Wait, hold on, you weighed youself at the vet? Were you clothed or not?

yeah, the girl i am going out with works as a vet. tech. I was wearing clothes.

 

Did you let her put a collar and leash on you and lead you to the scale, then scratch you behind the ear and tell you you were a good boy, yes you were! Who's a good boy? Who's a good boy? Acthar's a good boy! Yes he is!

I thought I would update this thread, as of today being 5 weeks tomorrow since I started I have lost 24 pounds. I have officially drop a size in pants and in shirts.

Sweet job man. As of yesterday, Saturday the 14th, I have lost a total of 17 pounds.

I think I gained 2 lbs..... hmmm... maybe I'm missing somehting here on this diet thing...

 

well, with not snacking and all the walking I do and going to the gym at least 3 times a week.....my pants are starting to fall off....it´s scary.....I need my pants..... hmmmm...... oh...and I´m on a separate challenge....my challenge is the ¨I want to have Sydney Bristow´s super cool spy body¨ Challenge.....so far....I think I´m doing ok......

 

Sydney Bristow's calves are a little thick for my personal tastes....but if you wanna look like her...more power to ya.

wow, I guess I don´t spend a lot of time looking at Sydney´s calves....I guess what I was going for was the abs, and general over all not fatness of her.....I don´t want to LOOK like her.....I´m hot enough already, ask Darkstar, I just want to look like I could kick butt, when in actuality I can´t, ask Luminara.......though I´m cheating on my no snacking diet at the moment.....
