Well if you're going for the abs part that's cool. She's got nice abs.

 

it's true. when she left she looked like she might be able to kick butt. (certainly not mine as wittnessed in jamaica, by amber) maybe she could have kicked somebody's butt. not mine tho.

maybe when she gets back she'll be able to kick my butt. then i would have to get in shape so i could kick her butt again. yay! that would be good.

 

well, I have really nice abs too!!! they´re just hidden by a layer or two of padding......but someday they will be unveiled....I know it!!!!!.....or something like that......

 

yes, well, for your abs to be unveiled you would have to have a very low fat percentage. when i was in peak physical shape, you couldn't see my six pack. and i was doing over a hundred situps. not bad for a chick methinks.

sydney bristow doesn´t even have a really clear six pack......but it´s nice none the less.....

 

It's hott when chicks just have that little line down their stomach.

Don't worry kids, Jank will look back at pics when he was 19 five years from now and cry because of how hot he was. I know I do. I had a six pack, a thirty two inch waist and weighed in at 182 pounds. I look at pictures of myself then, when I thought I had love handles, and I am sad because now I know what love handles really are.

 

I remember when you looked like that Moka.. you were dreamy.....

And yes Petra, dont look like Sydney please... she's not that hot anymore... :: definetly not as dreamy as you.

sooo...how're you all doing?

 

I'm still on the plump side... some people say i've lost weight, but i think they just saw my loss of hair and assumed i lost weight...

 

I'm fine, how are you?

 

I am still at around 185. though my abs are less "wash board" and more "laundry bag". kinda lumpy and bleh.

 

bad month for me. I actually gained a couple of pounds.

But I am back on track with new resolve!!

I have lost 34 pounds total and I am 2 sizes smaller in pants.

Crap... I've only lost 10 pounds... but maybe this vomitting due to food poisoning will give me a boost!

I have lost 39 pounds, I hit a Plateau for about 2 weeks and I just broke it this morning.

right on, man! good for you! is anyone else still on their diet? im exercising but i don't have a scale...
