Damn, I was planning on being the one who made Page 80! [face_not_talking]

Good to see it still going, now let's see if speculation about the ROTS DVD will take us to Page 100...and beyond!

    Kassy, check your email. :)

    Hey Ghostface,

Great to see you around again.

All the pages are responsible to you anyway 1-80 and beyond.

Has anyone seen ROTS at The Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square yet?

With regard to the DVD, well I am sure we all have the Pirate DVD, but the official release looks awesome, I've already ordered it off Channel, 2 for £10 !!! and I will probably go to HMV in London for The Midnight opening sale on 31st October also.

What we need now is a petition to Odeon to show all the Star Wars films in another Marathon!!

Where are you Chris Lynne, you've been really quiet of late.

Does anyone fancy a reunion of sorts for the official DVD release? what do you think RAJ? it would be great to see some familiar faces again, after all there will be few Star Wars things to celebrate in the near future.

    Kassy,

Instead of page 80, you do realise you had a cooler post count there with that last message...You had reply number 1977! :D

    Happy Ninja,

Well, 1977 was indeed a very good year for everyone after all.

P.S. did I ever send you that picture from Celebration Day at The Marathon?!!!!

    I was born in '77!!!

And I remember, the first film I saw at the cinema was ROTJ which I saw twice in the first week at the Mowlem cinema in Swanage - blast from the past!!!!

But that still won't surpass May 16th 2005!!!

    aaah yes....

I am usually away from my PC - I'm on from around 9ish usually for any sustainable period of time. We don't have wifi in the library otherwise I'd be on more :(

Haven't been to the Prince of Wales cinema yet - am saving for the DVD instead - student budget kicking in you see ;)

Or we could just find a small cinema and buy every seat for 6 showings and ask for the movies to be played.

May 2005, what a month, what a month. Quite simply the best month of my life, all because of two days, 25th and 16th.

How I still live with that memory, the joy that just thinking back to it creates. Part of me still can't quite believe I was there, fearing that I am going to wake up and remember I dreamt I went.

    Check out www.princesharlescinema.com

You will see that even Lucasarts has hired this cinema in the past

well not forgetting the workprint and Internal dvd rips that most us had on May 18th and 19th and then the fact the Commercial DVD rip has been online for over a week now! I for one am looking forward to getting my Official Commercial DVD from HMV tomorrow.

Are any of you planning on going to HMV in 150 Oxford Street at Midday tomorrow as Anthony Daniels is there and doing a presentation speech and a DVD signing also.

Did you all know about the HMV exclusive alternate artwork slipcase ?

    Here's the details:-

    Star Wars @ HMV

To celebrate the launch of Star Wars - Revenge of The Sith on DVD, actor Anthony Daniels (aka C-3PO) will be meeting fans and signing copies of the DVD at HMV, 150 Oxford Street on Monday, 31st October. The event will start at 12.00pm with a photo call and Anthony talking to fans about the film, followed by a signing session starting at 12.30pm.

Please note that due to time constraints, we will only be able to allow 180 fans access to the queue to meet Anthony. Wristbands will be issued to fans on a first come first served basis from 9.00am on the day of the event. Only the Revenge Of The Sith DVDs will be signed, and there is a limit of only one item per person.

Let me know if any of you want to meet up afterwards or before?

US Domestic is No.7 and I believe still No.11 on Worldwide

Too much revenue loss from the DVD quality Internet Internal rip I fear, it must have lost $100 Million due to piracy etc.

I wish I could attend the HMV meet-up, but I'll be working. A shame as it would've brought back alot of good memories.

I got my Episode III DVD earlier this week though, so I'm OK :D
