Madison, WI First Madison Fan Force Meeting!!!

OK, Just a reminder to all. We will be having our first meeting on the 13th of July (that's this Saturday, people!) at 2pm. The meeting will be held at the Terrace outside of the Memorial Union at the University.

If anyone needs a ride, let me know (meaning PM me with where to meet you to pick you up).

I don't expect the meeting to last more than a few hours, but one never knows what may happen.

If you can come to the meeting, it would be greatly appreciated if you post a reply here. Just to get a rough head count of how many may show up.

I know two others that will do their darnedest to be there also, and I'll remind them of the date, time and place.

 

OK...i may be able to go...and i may not need a ride! YAY! This is sweet.

That was today right

 

OK, I did remember it was Saturday, and at 2pm and where it was. I reminded myself Friday night to take some time out of the day to go.

Well, errands and my Mother being here made things more than hectic and I completely forgot, until it was almost 3pm. I can't tell how upset I was about it. I know this means a lot to some, and it does mean a lot to me.

Though I wasn't there physically, I sure was in spirit. I'll do my darndest to make the next meeting for sure. Maybe I'll bring my new little girl to show her off, if it isn't too hot out.

I hope we will continue to make this work for us.

 

Yup Rogue_Niner, it was on Saturday. jedihexter, MiladyJ and myself were the only ones that made it, even though we did feel the presence of Rick_Sith. He's just not strong enough in the Force to project a blue-lined ghostly image yet.

But we were there at the Terrace, sitting in the shade with a lightsabre at the table. Figured that'd be a good sign that we were there for things Star Wars related.

But there was a meeting. We wish the rest of you could have been there. Now to find a time, place and date for the next meeting so hopefully more people can attend.

Well, congrats on getting number 1 completed, even if it was by the skin of your teeth. I look forward to hearing about your second meeting.

 

i felt really bad that i couldnt make it too, i thought about all of you that day...

 

I'll do everything I can to get to the next meeting, where ever it is
