Well, I have a few ideas, but I'll go with what I do. Listen to music. I set my iPod on random and go to sleep listening to Mozart, Johnny Cash, and Hootie & the Blowfish.

I have a 5.1 speaker system and put the two rear speakers near the head of my bed so I can listen to soft-playing music as I go to sleep.

EDIT: Also, lol @ Hootie being the inspiration for the local developmental league baseball team, the Columbia Blowfish.
