Do they show adverts and trailors at the first showing?

I'm going to the 10:15 in Swansea and have a stupid exam at 1:30!

I'm cutting fine with the timing, be better if they started the film straight off. I'm sure they did for AOTC but my memory could be playing tricks on me!

I mean the first showing of the day. It's at 10:15 in the morning, my exam is at 1:30!

I'm going to say you're cutting it too fine. A preview screening generally does not have trailer/commercials at the front of the movoe -- or not in my experience, at the least. If it's a regular day, then bet your bottom dollar, there will be commercials/trailers...and if you think you're gonna make the exam, I'm willing to bet you wont make it.

The film runs at 140 minutes, plus and extra 20-25 for trailers, etc...Sorry, son. You're in deep kimshi!

    10:15 + 25 minutes for trailers = 10:35pm
    10:35 + 140 for the film = 12:55pm
12:55pm + whatever the time it takes to get from the cinema to your exam = a mad man at the wheel stuck in traffic...remember, it's likely to be a full house, and all those people are going to be leaving at the same time you are.

    Dude...you're so boned! :p

Interesting, i'm confident I will make it. If trailors are 25 mins then i'm looking at with the flim it being 2hrs 50 mins or so. Should be out there then at 5 past 1 which would give me the time I need to get to college.

It is really frustrating that out of all the days the exam could be on they put it on the 19th!

You would'nt belive how mnay times i've written out things like that lol

If it finished at 12 55 then I will be more then fine. Only takes 15 mins to get to college, hey i'd even have time to have some food ;)

dude, please, what are you doing worrying about a movie when you have an exam coming up ? Seriously, focus on the exam, and pick the movie up in the evening.

When you wait 3 years for a film it's hard not to worry about it.

    Know I should'nt but I just can't help it.
