Tarkas, my son tells me your company stinks!
@Dark Lord Tarkas : I watched the episode last night
Cosmo Kramer: So what happened to the doll?
Frank Costanza: It was destroyed. But out of that, a new holiday was born. "A Festivus for the rest of us!"
Cosmo Kramer: That musta been some kind of doll.
Frank Costanza: She was.
It's a Festivus miracle!
Home Alone is still funny.
Yes, it is.
My kids throw in those DVDs and go directly to the scenes in which Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern get the **** beaten out of them. SMH
I have to say that Kevin does get a bit annoying when he's in the store and pretending to be such a little grown-up but lying through his teeth the entire time. Other than that, yeah, I really like those movies.
I think tomorrow is going to be a Griswold Christmas type day as far as film viewing. And maybe another round of A Christmas Story.
Ah, I think Kevin is cute throughout the 1st movie. He's a little more annoying in the 2nd one. I still get a kick out of the cartoonish violence. I already watched the Griswold Family Christmas which a movie that kinda hits close to home looking back but is definitely one of my favorites. Tomorrow when I get home will be a cram session for Jingle All The Way and Santa Claus the Movie.
Man... I haven't had time to watch all the old Nicktoon specials this year.
-sigh- Then after its overs its gonna be 60-70 hour weeks until like the end of Feb.
In case anyone's interested, Stephen Stanton posted Holiday greetings from our favorite (or least favorite) psychopath, Moralo Eval and Stephen's celebrity book club :
Just wanted to stop by and wish you all Happy Holidays and I hope you all have a great time...
CHEERS (as shown below)
Chat with you all soon again... Dan Grievous out!
Have a good holiday Dan.
Bon Christmas Eve LACWAC!
Merry Christmas eve LACWAC! I hope you all are enjoying it with friends and family.
Happy Holidays people! I would draw something festivus-y if I had my scanner. And no bunch of non-nerdy relatives peering over my shoulder.
I'ma open the chatroom since I'm stuck at work and its pretty slow, if anyone in my LACWAC family wants to keep my company. If I'm not responsive. Give it a moment, its likely I'm on a call.
Merry Christmas everybody! Also, for those of you celebrating Life Day:
I'm enjoying the familiarity of this section most out of all the forums. It feels a bit like Cheers.
Unlike the JCC Community you don't have to be in on all the jokes from day 1 to be accepted into the group. Everyone seems welcome. Way more laid back and fun around these parts.
So in conclusion,
Happy LACWACy Holidays to y'all
I've only been around since the Temp Boards myself and while I was a little worried when I came in, since everyone seemed to already know each other, they welcomed me with open arms.
The children are nestled all snug in their beds
With visions of new computer games dancing in their heads
And Mama has pinot grigio and a computer
Both of which have shown her that she is not a poet at all...
Happy holidays LACWAC; I've thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with you all this year. Hope everyone has a great holiday, whatever you celebrate.
Yes, Merry Christmas! And an early happy Boxing Day to our Canadian, British and Australian friends.
Boxing Day sales, woop! Yay for consumerism!
Happy Holidays LACWAC! It's been a pleasure hanging out here with all of you! Have a wonderful time with your loved ones and may our comraderie continue of many more holidays to come!
Who wants a Christmas hug? =D
Happy Holidays everyone!
-stands slyly underneath.- <<;
Hm, coulda sworn there was a kissy face emote...
Lol, I remember when my third grade teacher put up mistletoe over the door of our class. Us being third graders, no one took advantage of it because cooties. But at the end of the day she stood under it and gave everyone a peck on the cheek.
