I'm on East unfortunately.
This happened yesterday:
R: Thank you for calling AT&T, my name is Niki. How may I help you today?
C: I want to install a Pizza.
R: You want to install a Pizza, is that right?
C: Yeah, this is Dominoes right?
R: Thank you for calling 'AT&T'.
C: Your mom's a pizza! -click-
Prank call fail kids.
Yeah, whatever they were drinking, they need to put it down and slowly walk away.
Reminds me of George Michael's Jerky Boys fail in AD.
I have a 65 y/o former client named Frank Rizzo... he never answers his phone anymore.
Hehehe, good one. Glad I'm only doing 2nd lvl support for a store chain nowadays. 1st lvl could be so ... ummm ... interesting at times, like when that one store manager called because of an activation link I had sent him by mail ...
Store manager: "Hi. Here's store No. [xxx]. You just sent me an email."
1st lvl Crow: "That's right, sir."
SM: "And you asked me to click on the enclosed link."
Crow *waiting for the man to describe his problem*: "That's right, sir."
SM: "Well, I clicked on your link. Nothing happened."
Crow: "That's strange, sir. The link should have brought you to the installation routine."
SM *sounding impatient now*: "Well, it didn't. Nothing happened. What now?"
Crow: "Okay, sir, let's try to do this together. Would you please open the mail I sent you?"
SM: "It's open, alright."
Crow: "Fine. Now please take a look at the link."
SM: "Looking at it right now."
Crow: "Okay. Now tell me, is it blue or violet?"
SM: "Umm ... what?"
Crow: "The color of the link, sir. Blue or violet?"
SM: "Blue or violet? Blue or violet? Dang it, what did you helpdesk people smoke today? IT'S BLACK! THE - STORES - DON'T - HAVE - COLOR - PRINTERS!!!"
And now for something completely different: I managed to break off one of my incisors with the help of a coat hanger today. Yeah, right, I'm an amateur. A real pro would have decapitated herself.
That's been my day so far. What about yours?
he's now a statue @Sx3
My daughter was so excited to see a cement mixer and pump truck outside our house at 7:30 a.m.
Heavy stuff today.
44 year old single mom, three daughters, two strokes... then a 250 LB, eleven year old boy with severe diabetes, cirrhotic liver and the doctors don't know what else to do... an 89 year old from a local church brought the boy's mother in and paid for his sessions...Man, this is tuff sometimes.
J.J Abrams is directing Episode 7.
Well, well, well...Benedict Cumberbatch and David Tennant are my two top casting choices, come on Abrams, you can do it...
@Sgt Crowfield: Yikes!!! That sounds... really painful.
@SithStarSlayer: Double yikes. You do something like physical therapy right? Do you deal with those kinds of cases often?
@AkashKedavra_93: I can definitely see him including Cumberbatch. Although he's a long shot, Tennant on the big screen would be amazing.
On twitter, some dude asked if directing both franchises would open a Nerd-wormhole...
I am a CES, so I get them when all else fails... just wrapped up a session with a gal who has Cerebral Palsy and in a wheelchair most of the time. Owner of our facility just asked me what I did to deserve the downpour I'm under today. I see maybe a few dozen of these intrinsic cases per year, and I've had three in less than one day.
This actually seems like a winning combination.
ROFL, me and my buddy here as work were just talking about this. That's to funny. Imagine the Robot Chicken sketches?
I come with gifts from Tumblr
On the internet, that word is sometimes spelled A-B-O-M-I-N-A-T-I-O-N...
all depends on who ya ask, I guess.
Heh, I saw that on facebook a long time ago. Still hilarious.
"Are there liquor stores in Vermont? Yeah, gotta be because Vermont sucks." ... LOL Archer.
Without liquor stores it would suck worse.
Ah crap, I completely forgot all my shows were on tonight. Oh well, On Demand is gonna be my best friend tomorrow.
At least I can catch TCW when it airs this week. Yay small victories.
Last week I missed Archer. This week I made sure to remember. I'll get TCW as well. Its stuff on Fox that gives me trouble. I can never decide if its Brighthouse's or my local Fox affiliate's fault.
I basically forgot it was Thursday. Days of the week are hard to keep track of on vacations. There's not much on Fox I ever watch since House ended, not even Animation Domination, even though I love American Dad.
I never miss my shows, in fact my favourite show is on in an hour, The Amazing Race
I was all like, "wuh..." but then I remembered, New Zealand.
I'm just enough of a ditz to not realize my shows are on when I'm already watching TV on another channel.
