  1. A Message For Everyone:

TCW vs. Rebels debates are not allowed in the Television forum. As in, discussions that descend into TCW/Rebels (or any show vs any other show) bashing/gushing will be subject to Mod action. Contrasting the themes, story lines, characters, etc. between the shows is allowed (welcomed, even). "Versus" debates/arguments, however, are a deal-breaker.

It's because of Savage and Lord Kowak. ;)

I'm almost as WACy as you. That makes me proud.

I'm thinking about revealing interviewees' inner animal spirits. It might be too intense, though.

Speaking of interview, sorry again for the delay, between dissertation and premature 21st celebrations I haven't had time to sit down for long enough to write my answer.

Happy and Birthday Fanboy. Last cool Birthday you'll have until that big 50.

And my inner animal spirits are either Panthera leo or Elanoides forficatus.

So we saw Jurassic Park 3D today. It was great, the 3D conversion may be the best one I've seen... very natural and realistic looking 3D that enhances the scenes without drawing attention away from the story. And it was truly a joy to get to hear a T-Rex and Velociraptors over a loud theater soundsystem again. My 6 year old son loved it, as predicted, but the surprise was that my 3 year old daughter really liked it too. We thought she might be pretty scared, but my wife wanted to see it too so we took a chance. I think my daughter was scared at times, but scared in a "fun" way... and she was too pulled in by the story to give up on it, so she ended up enjoying it.

Imax 3D with surround sound. The T-Rex attack on the jeeps was stunning with the surround sound. As far as post conversion 3D, it is probably the best I've seen. The best 3D I've seen in films was in The Adventures of Tintin.

    45. I'm apparently straddling the line between sane and LACWACy. Sounds about right.

I was lazy this weekend, so I just watched JP and Lost World back to back on demand. :p Nothing says Saturday night like micro-popcorn, imported beer and a nice movie or two on an HDTV. ;)

My review of Dark Wings, Dark Words:

    +The credits opening sequence
+Bran's dream seqeunce was well-done, complete with Ned Stark's voice-over
+Great work with Catelyn this episode, Michelle Fairley was fantastic
+I could watch a spin-off of Jaimie and Brienne
    +Lena Headey's performance is underrated
    +Love-stricken Joffrey is creepier
+Shae and Sansa is a good pairing
    +Margaery, I love you
+Lady Olenna was beautifully, wonderfully cast
+The Tyrells are an intriguing family
    +The Reeds are here!
    +The Brotherhood Without Banners
    +Arya is great
    +Tyrion/Shae
+"The subtleties of politics are lost on me..."
    +Westeros's new Westboro Baptist Church
+Did Joffrey just get his first boner at the talk of killing?
    +Theon, you're getting no pity
+Well, well, well, that swordfight...Brienne is a badass

A great and dense episode, a bit weaker than the premiere but still was fantastic. Looking forward to next week!

I got a 68. That you're willing to even take that quiz gives you +40, I'm sure.

AkashKedavra_93 - not opening that spoiler until I watch the episode. It's very tempting though...
I think I'll enjoy this episode more than the premiere - I like the storylines in this episode more.
Also, I may not be online for a while because tomorrow I'm going to London. Goodbye for now, LACWAC.

If you want my opinion, it was better than the Season 3 premiere, which I was slightly disappointed with.
