...Clawd Wolf (second pic, the guy with the green hat) was the heroic doll that held up the broken shelf above with the tips of his ears just long enough so I could save the others ^^.

In other news, an acquaintance just brought me several boxs filled with ~60 Hasbro 3 3/4" Star Wars figures from the 90s, all still in their blisters ... just because he found them in the attic and didn't want them anymore, and the first person he thought of who might want them was Crow.
    I'm ... I'm overwhelmed. Jabba's dancers, a Dewback ...

I've been playing Lego Harry Potter with my son. This morning we finished the level in which Harry and Ron go into the library at night, and books keep beating the **** out of them.

I can't decide whether I'm going to have nightmares or if I want to show that segment's walk-through at work.

This generation has it so easy. In the early - mid 1990's there were no Star Wars Legos. Have you ever tried making the Millenium Falcon or an X-Wing with just a tub of generic Legos and your mind??? Not very easy!!!

What's funny is whenever I walk through a Toy Store, there's only one thing that gets to me more than anything else: All the colors of Play-doh.

When I was a kid we had four colors and we made the best of it!

You all might have heard that we had a hurricane hit our beaches yesterday.

And here's the truth about how we handle this ****:

I wish I could say this was a joke. OK, it is, it's just one based on reality.

I have gone outside during hurricanes and struck the pose in the bottom picture. But without the windbreaker.

Hope you and your loved ones are all right anakinfansince1983. :)
It's the same reaction in Portland: when there's snow, the city shuts down. Torrential downpours, no problem.

Yeah, we're fine. I'm about three hundred miles from the ocean and we got a nice thunderstorm out of it which has cooled things off. There were tornado warnings where my parents live, about a hundred miles from the coast, but they're on vacation and their house is untouched.

The weather is so good now that I just went kayaking. I'm sure I'll have a shoulder hangover tomorrow but it was great fun. :D

I went kayaking yesterday myself, on these weird looking things. Calling them kayaks would not be accurate at all. Not comfortable to sit on at all.

My mate and I were actually living in Durham for the Ice Storm of December, 2002. It was our first winter in the area. He, of course, was born and raised in Chicago, and I had a few Illinois/Wisconsin winters under my belt at that point as well. We spent the whole time just staring at the empty store shelves and long lines at gas stations scratching our heads and wondering "What is wrong with these people?"

I always call it the French Toast Apocalypse. Buy bread, milk and eggs because the end is near.

I have honestly never participated. I think four years of college in the mountains cured me.
