I liked Andrew Garfield in the first Amazing Spider-Man, but the second one was just bad and I don't think it was his fault it was bad. I watched the movie once and regretted spending the time watching it. I didn't have that feeling from the first movie. I agree with DarthTalgus that Sony should sell back the rights to Marvel. But a third reboot of the franchise in a little over a decade is just simply too much IMO. Remember the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies started in 2002 and the third came in 2007 and the Garfield Spidey movies started in 2012.

 

If they can make a daredevil Netflix series I guess Spiderman would be more or less the same

Plus if it was spidey's origins it'd make sense that he wouldn't put the costume on as much as he would in a film

I like the new X-Men films. The two Quicksilvers thing is going to irritate me, though...

The cast wasn't the problem with the new Spider-Man films, it was the script and direction. I don't know if we need a third Peter Parker in about a decade.

 

They need more Spider-Ham.

So Andrew Garfield got the boot from Sony? Wow. I heard about the hacker attack and the leaks but not this. It's too bad that he's gone since I thought he did a solid job as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

With all of this happening, it's about time Marvel Studios steps in and aquires the Spider-Man rights from Sony so that they can start fresh and include the character in the MCU.

 

It's more that if the rights for the character go back to Marvel that they are not so interested in keeping him. Garfield can be identified as part of the Sony franchise, and I think Marvel would rather have someone who doesn't carry the Sony identity into Marvel's MCU. They are definitely not interested, based on that article, in keeping the executive producer (Avi Arad). I didn't keep up with the production of the movies, so I am not clear why people (from what was said in the article) don't like him unless they feel like he had interfered.

 

Holy crap. This game is nerve wracking!

 

So has anyone here played infamous 1,2 or second son because those are some good games. The Evil ending of infamous 2 is the most depressing ending to a game since the walking dead.

 

I played 1 and Second Son.

1 was pretty good, but Second Son was amazing.

 

Has anyone here seen the gameplay trailer for the new uncharted game? Because the graphics and the game look amazing.

 

You should play infamous 2 the endings for evil and good are both so sad.

 

Yes, it looks really good but I'm more excited for Bloodborne and Until Dawn.
