    The new pic of the Joker looks very Hot Topic to me. I don't see any menace or danger. Hopefully the design comes off better in the movie.

    If I remember right, it's because its closest satellite (Charon?) is close enough and has enough mass to slightly alter Pluto's orbit.

    Yes. Charon's mass is a sizable fraction of Pluto's mass so the barycenter/center of mass of the two orbiting objects is located at a point outside of Pluto. If the Earth's moon were more massive the Earth would also wobble like Pluto.
