How was everyone's summer? Going to Celebration in July was definitely my highlight and I am very seriously considering going to next year's too.

 

Horrible. I hate my co-workers.

 

Damn, what's been happening? What kind of job do you have?

It's also an election year. Groooooaaaaan.

 

I don't mean this in a rude way Darth Basin, but have you considered therapy? It sounds as though you need some things in your life sorting out and venting on anonymous internet forums won't solve them.

 

My summer has been pretty relaxing despite the humidity being crazy. I managed to get a lot of gardening done, and I went to a lake I'd never been before too. I kinda wanted to get some fishing in but that'll have to wait for the fall this year

I've also been watching a lot of pre season football lately too.

 

Annnnd... I enjoyed reading about people's trips to Celebration! Secondhand excitement is fun, too. Thanks for that. Seriously, I'm exiled to Oregon and, now that Celebration's, um, a big deal, I doubt it will ever come to Portland. So, I did some Oregon things instead: river rafting, camping, sandboarding at the dunes. Moved to a new place so my 9-year-old could have a "ninja room" (pull-up bar, big plush rug, and a couple of those ottoman cubes to launch himself into flips off of). It's awesome. Oh, and while driving the local highway, I flipped my car at 55 mph; walked away needing only a band-aid for my knee. And a new car, yeah.

 

Yeah. I think I need a solo vacation. (No pun intended). I just had a bad summer.

 

How was everyone's weekend?

 

Pretty good. I've been playing Kotor actually. How has yours been?

 

Nice and peacefully, tbh. Prefer it when things are not eventful. Man, been a while since I've done a play through on KoTOR - might have to pop it in again.

 

The muppets are AWESOME. I'm still in love with them - even at 30 lol
