Well, I'll admit it. I'm overwhelemed with this stuff. I finally broke down and glued the 1st shin piece the other night. So far it looks like it worked. Yet, my calf is just big enough where it will not close in the back. Looks like I'm going to have some extra modifications to do on all pieces for it to fit me. I will post up pictures as I go so you guys can see what's going on. Talk to you soon.
Good luck. I know if I did STormie armor, I would have the opposite problem--lots and lots of foam inside! Don't forget that there are those extra plastic pieces in the box so that you can expand the parts that need to be a bit bigger.

I went to an armor party this weekend in Dayton. And wow did I get alot done on it. I didn't get a chance to work on the helm yet but basically the abbs and back are finished. Looks good I think. Started shimming the pieces and I should have that finished up this week. The people that were there promised me that they would get me suited up in time for Celebration III. Hope I get it finished in time. They felt that it wouldn't be a problem. I promise...tonight I'll get some pics up on a page for you guys to check out. Going to try and put a webpage up on my 2nd machine tonight and see what I can come up with. If not I'll try and resize and put up here. Having a blast with this!!!!

Just to let you know, I'm having an armor party on April 2nd at my place in Findlay. You are more than welcome to come. My wife will be cooking dinner for all that comes and you don't want to miss that. There is a post on the Ohio 501st site about it.

I've been pulling some late nights on this stuff and I'm almost finished up. Working on the bucket right now. I do not of updated pics yet. But will do so. If all goes well, I will be trooping at Walmart this Saturday here in Findlay. There should be at least 2 others besides me. Only problem I have right now is getting it all on by myself. No matter what I need help putting it on. Oh well. I'm happy with it.

Some how it broke in 2. Also still need to put the barrel rails on it. Eitherway I think it was a successful outing. We did Sat/Sun 10-2.
