hi. i am wondering about the foam stick things. how did you make them. they look really neat to practice saber dueling with.

 

Void is the "boffer" expert here. Basicly they are PVC pipe wraped with thick insulation and caped with a round piece of foam. They are wrapped in colored duct tape.
