A relatively new trailer not yet dealt with on this board. The trailer was put together by Rich Sigfrit (CinemaFreak), using a logo by Sonja Nelson, and a script I provided. Amusingly, it's a video trailer, sort of a "fan film" in the sense of being video, while the project is not.

Eh, I just sound confusing right now, don't I?

At any rate, here's the teaser for the new project that will launch Sept. 1 (next Monday):

    Rich did the actual animation.

I'm curious if the dynamics of it work. I did a lot of trailer scripting for Prelude to Hope (including an awesome one no one's bloody seen because it says "This Weekend" at the end of the blasted thing), but I've been out of practice on making teasers and trailers. I'd like to think it works well. It's sort of the second variant on a theme that didn't work out the first time.

The timing and movement of the "messages" worked relatively well. It was fast, giving an interesting pace to the thing, but I didn't have any trouble reading any of it. It was suprisingly "interesting" for something that's basically all text. :p Maybe it was because I wanted to know what point it was trying to make by the end...

Just curious, what browser did you use? It's odd, but the music timing seems to work right with IE, but goes too fast with Netscape.

Good thing to know if we decide to do other ones in the future for different projects on the site.

Cool, cool. You should have no trouble with the site either. :)
