So you see we all have things to learn from her. I may avoid comparisons. You can avoid obvious jealousy, which you might not have felt it if I had not personalized her excellence in the example of Isabella.

She just doesn't sound noteworthy or even, arguably, honourable.

Not that I'm saying anything you here. Unlike some (//LOOKS PURPOSEFULLY AT WOCKY) I don't judge.

Isabella is a very honorable woman who lived years ago. In her youth, she was heavily oppressed by the sex people of the Spanish court, but held faithfully against them. When everyone else was very taken with great possessions, she insisted on advisors who hewed to a strict ascetic tradition. She went on to be very forward thinking and carved out real political power for her daughters in an era when it was rare.

 

She tortured, slaughtered, and otherwise oppressed thousands of people.

 

That was mostly her husband who was an awful person.

 

Oh so now she has no agency.

 

They literally had separate legal authorities. Why are you trying to blame her for policies she didn't enact, instead of praising the ones she did?

 

This is exactly like when you were praising Rihanna without knowing a single one of her lyrics.

 

I know a great deal more about Isabella than you, I promise you that.

Also, I know many Rihanna lyrics. Like she has a song called "Umbrella" about friendship and one where she goes "Yooouuuu yoouuuu youuuu" which she originally agreed to sing because it was about marriage but other people have tried to insert foul interpretations.
