I had such a great time at the Costuming Workshop I want to host one right before Comic-Con, either July 4/5 or 11/12.

Those who came to the party in May know that I have a garage with lots of work space. Bob has agreed to let the group "invade" our place and finish up their costumes, etc. All my sewing stuff is close at hand so I won't have to cart around two boxes of sewing items. :)

And if you don't mind chipping in $3-$4 a person, I'll get the bbq running and we can have hamburgers and hot dogs (a little mini-party).

Just wanted to throw this out there. We can discuss this in more detail at the meeting on Monday.

Many of us need lots of work done on our costumes. Thanks for the invitation Donna... I'm sure we could even fit in 2 or 3 costuming workshops between now and Comic Con to make sure everyone, who wants one, has at least one costume finished by Comic Con. Michael expressed an interest in having another one at his house. The two of you just need to pick the dates that work best for you, and I'll make the announcements and send out the emails.

Okay, I'll volunteer for the two July weekends (either Saturday or Sunday). We also should invite the other FF groups to join us if they want.

We have a family obligation for 4 July proper and maybe that weekend, it's the last weekend the family from England are here before flying out on Monday, but other than that we're free. And yeah...we'd love to go to finish whatever still needs to be worked on or just generally sociallize.

I will definitely need another costuming workshop. I wasn't prepared for this one. I didn't have everything I needed so I didn't get any work done. But I have a long way to go on my costume still...

My house is kid-friendly so those with children can bring them if you want.

Would it be possible to do it on Sunday instead. We have a family obligation this Saturday so we won't be able to make it again.

Either one works for me. Simple as it may be, I may need help with the CPU fan I'm putting in my IRG helmet.
