    i just noticed that in Chapter 21 of clone wars Ki-Adi Mundi at one point says "no, we must pursue" The Arc Captain then talks back to Ki-Adi say that we must leave or the survivor will die. That's all well and good but weren't the clones designed to follow any order without question?

    They're ARC Troopers - more independant than regular Clone Troops.
