I hate solving matches with penalties, but loved a little detail of the penalties yesterday: when Ricardo takes his gloves off to defend, and finally does!

Good luck to both Sweden and the Netherlands on the 26th. I like both teams and both supporters are great.

one of the worst games I've seen so far! At least during the first half, the French players acted as if they were frozen to to ground! The Greek could almost do anything they wanted without being stopped by French guys! What happened?!?

Eh? I'm sorry but we should never have lost that game. We were quite average, fair enough, but still we somehow dominated a Greek team that is hard-working but hardly genius. They just did what everybody did against us since Ukraine - wait in their side of the pitch and defend. And make us do all the work. And this time it worked.
I don't mind losing against a better team but that??? wow. I'm pretty gutted.

I agree with Nwlame, that was a huge disappointment!! On top of that in reference to the above quotes, I would never put France in the same category as Germany or the others. They are in general just better and still one of the best teams in the world.

If I had to pick now I would cheer Portugal on to the finish. Good Luck Portugal!

I agree that on paper the French team are the best, I get to see most of their players in the Premiership so I know only too well how brilliant they are, especially the Arsenal players. I think you really missed Viera yesterday, more so considering Zidane was having an off day. But they just haven't been that good this time round.

Yeah, after last season, I was expecting much - then I realized that France wasn't Arsenal

I really fancy a Holland-Czech Republic final now. They've been the most impressive teams of the tournament and their attacking gameplay has been a delight to watch.
