FF:QLD For anyone at UQ

Awww....Marvin, you know BBQ's always come before work.

 

I'll be the one sporting the '00 Senior Jersey with a name on it that is sure to catch your eye. Oh, and I'll be wearing my red sunnies . . . they're kinda hard to miss . . .

 

And I also said I cant come. I really am sorry. I, honest to God, would really rather go to a BBQ!!!!

Jesus, it's a summary of an article on Australian Economic policy, and it's written by a Labout guy for heavens sake, I really DONT want to do it!!!!

 

Don't worry, Marvin, I'm not going after all either! I have an assignment due tomorrow that I haven't started. Thankfully it's on Hamlet, so it should be okay. I hate it when assesment sneaks up like that! Sorry guys! Maybe we can meet up for coffee or something another time? Just PM me.

That would be cool, and whoever else goes to UQ, but I think it's just us four.

 

Eh? I'm at the Hawken Engineering building, and the only BBQ's are by the EUS and MOJO.

 

Hmm, that's a little strange. Maybe it was outside one of the other entrances?

We could even go to the Red Room? A mini little bar wars.

 

Okay here's the deal. I weren't there when they set up the BBQ, I was at home doing the essay.

The BBQ was set out near Hawken. But they went under the name MOJO which was the name they went under at last years election and possibly this years. All major political groups on campus use a different name to their own, or change it even.

Anyway the BBQ today was outside some mining building that looks like it was built in the 70s, about 20 metres from Hawken. sorry for any confusion in this matter.

But if you ever see MOJO - thats us!

 

Ah yes! MOJO! Very nice. However, I asked one of the guys and they said they weren't affiliated with any political parties?

I honestly dont know why they said they werent affiliated witht he libs.

Yeah, at UQ, if that suits. How about... 1pm at the fountain near Tanya's, that's pretty central. You know the walkway between the SS&H library and the rest of the great court, over to where the markets are held?

Hmm, 12:30? I'm meeting Grieyls in the city at 11:30 you see. If you're in the city around that time... ?

 

It is 12pm now . . . and I'm currently at uni. I don't have anything on till 4pm, so if anything definite is decided (for UQ - I'm not going to make a trip to the city and back) post it here, and I'll pry myself away from this computer, and emerge into daylight for awhile.
