Buff, NY For anyone interested...

    After Star Wars night I realized that I'm not quite where I want to be physically. My personal goal is that I want to lose about 30-40lbs and keep it off by next years Star Wars night. It's hard to do it alone, so I wanted to see if anyone was interested in maybe a Facebook group outside of the boards for anyone that's interested, where we can help encourage each other maybe with tips of what's working or ways to help motivate each other. I'm putting it out there for my own personal accountability. If anyone is interested, send me a PM on the boards or on Facebook. Thanks.

    That is a great idea. I have just started the 40 day work out regiment, to get me motivated back to the gym.
    Having peer support for this is a great idea.

    I would highly recommend P90X3 for anyone looking to bulk up and/or shed some pounds, however it does require a lot of dedication.

    I started to do DDP Yoga. It's not regular yoga. It has a lot of resistance without any impact on the knees. The workouts are not long, and I can do it at home.

    This is a great idea! I have a few to lose- would really like to get to serious training again (competition and martial arts) but am having difficulty getting motivated.

    I have to say I could also use a lot of motivation to bulk up/ get fit as well. Count me in.
