FF:NSW For Those who Aren't going to FOX

Hi everyone,
I have been asked numerous times by almost everyone that I have met so far.

"Are you going to see AOTC with us at FOX?"

I am sorry but at this stage the answer is no. As i told the others I have a group of friends from highschool (which was quite a long time ago for some ) that I will be going with. We all went to Phantom together, We went to LOTR together and well it seems that this is the only time we see eachother.

Anyway, the point of my post. What are the people who are not going to FOX to see the premiere going to do that night?
If anyone says that they will be in bed there will be trouble!@

Myself and my friends, girlfriends included (we drag them along - they just don't get it *sigh*) will be going to my neighbors place who has a surround sound studio system and DVD player. Yes its a SONY. We will sit around show off our figures (action figures that is) and watch Phantom, then drive down to our local cinema and see AOTC. Then come back and watch the original trilogy for good measure, all back to back all in one night. Then I will start work at 2pm on the Thursday .

Let me know what you guys will be doing.

 

Not at Fox, but I'll still be seeing it at midnight. And since the cinema is only a short drive from here, I'll beat ya all back to the boards.

They're open 24/7 in Sydney. Well in Sydney City, anyway.

 

IIIIII'm.....COUNTING ON IT!!

 

Well, it looks like I will be heading to the local Reading Cinema.
Assuming I can still get a ticket for midnight.

If not, I'll have to wait for Thur night, or Friday...

 

I won't be in Sydney. But Glendale up here in Newcastle should have a few people there. Six theatres for TPM, hopefully the same sort of number for AOTC.

I should be home by 3ish to have a chin wag about it. We'll see what happens though.

 

So is Glendale the official Newcastle e2 premiere meet?

Or is Tuggerah the Central Coast e2 premiere meet?

Maybe I should start the official Maitland e2 premiere meet?




I might be tempted to make the haul to Glendale. I did for TPM. I suppose 3 hours sleep is enough.

 

What about a Raymond Terrace meet?

I'm going there with a few friends and I've already told some of my girlfriends' friends where we'll be. So I'll be there with a few people at least. If there's to be a FF meet at Glendale, we'll have to organise something.

 

Going to the local Castle Towers Greater Union complex with 3 buddies.

Should be good but I regret not coming to Fox with you clowns!

Dont quite know if I will be at Fox or in the City. Either way, I'll be watching the flick.

 

My battle plan (yes, I am going):

6-7pm: Get into city
7-7:30pm: Meet most FFers for first time
7:30-10pm: BEER ME!
10-12pm: Line up
12:01am: Mayhem begins
2:10am: Mayhem stops
2:15am: catch train
3:30am: get home
3:31am: Get on internet
3:32am: Scare the Yanks by saying how absolutely awful the film and how I want my money back
3:33am: Laugh myself to sleep

All in a night's work
Not that I've given it much thought or anything

 

Mines kinda like that without so much booze but more caffeine

Just for your info, I'm not going to Tuggerah anymore - I'm going to Fox during the day on Thursday 16th.

You should, there's only one other thing he likes more, and he keeps that next to him at all times.

 

Stinky, are you sure there will be trains at that time of night? They usually stop at around 1-1:30

Also, Fox isnt right next to the train station...you have to get to central which might take a while given the crowds.

Plus, last I saw, TF.N said the movie was going to be longer than TPM (I dont want to give the time away, incase people want to be surprised). You wouldnt be able to leave at 2:10.

Unless you want to miss the ending, that is
