Force Friday 2017

    Disney and Lucasfilm today announced Star Wars Force Friday II, a global fan event celebrating the launch of new products inspired by the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Toys, collectibles, books, apparel and more will go on sale beginning at 12:01 a.m. on September 1, 2017, with stores around the world opening for a weekend-long celebration of all things Star Wars.

    (Hopefully the local TRU that opened last year prior to Christmas will still be around in Sep!)

    Interesting to see the new looks of the characters. I thought merchandise was going to come out in July or so, but September is far enough in advance anyway.

    There's a huge industry toy fair in New York this weekend so that's probably why they had to confirm the announcement and reveal the packaging for Force Friday.

    Anyway, looking forward to September 1.

    I'm looking forward to seeing the new stuff, but at the prices they're at nowadays, I doubt I'll buy much.

    Looking forward to another great search and find...as long as stores have enough stock. Should be fun. I just really want a "sneak preview" figure this time! And hopefully Luke is available! I will be there in line waiting for the possibilities.

    Luke is in Wave One for FF.


    No Finn in the first three TBS 6" waves though so that's good.

    TBS 3/34" is rumoured to be Luke, Blue female Fighter Pilot, Snoke and TLJ Royal Guard. Weird Wave for sure.

    BS 3.75" are kinda blah to me at the moment.. IMO no one I need to have.. Except for Cassian which I can't find.. But the new line for FF I will look into..

    B99 I guess you are in America?

    If you're in the UK, I can send you one if you'd like because my local ASDA has plenty of Jyn's and Cassian's. The Shoretroopers and Deathtroopers are brought straight away and I'm up to 5 of each now!

    Haven't heard any. Buf I would assume retailers aren't fond of the cycle. A local Target had several training gear Rey and Haask action figures still on their shelves.

    If anybody wants when then let me know, I may be able to work something out for ya.
