Force Lightning Help

Pretty sure these forums are dead but what the heck. I am in need of tutorial on this Force lightning effect in After Effects. The guy won't reply to my comment on me asking him to do a tutorial or quick How To video. The description does say, he used the "Hitfilm effects" but WHICH ONE is the problem. I have the hitfilm effects the the stock Hitfilm lightning sure as heck cannot produce what is in the video. I would REALLY appreciate any help with this! Thanks.
