Force Lightning

    What exactly does it do to you? If it doesn't share SOME of the effects that actual lightning causes then why does it come out looking so much like it? I never really understood this. I know that it is explained by Jorus C'aboth in HTTE but I haven't read it. It obviously doesn't sterilize you though. ;)

    But like does it fry from the inside or something? Does any one have a more articulate idea of what it does?

    I'd have to say that it's just another mystery of the Force. It's like asking why was Anakin a virgin birth. I'm not sure if there is an answer to your question.
